Phi Kappa Psi, Maryland Delta, is a fraternity at Towson University founded on the Great Joy of Serving Others. Phi Psi is dedicated to making a difference in the greater Towson area, and has partnered with The Baltimore Station to better serve their community through service and philanthropy.
