Stacy Kahatapitiya has 17 years of experience in the environmental and construction fields and has been with Arc Environmental since 2011. She holds an M.S. in Environmental Planning and Management from Johns Hopkins University and is a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM). She also maintains a host of industry-specific training certificates related to asbestos, lead-based paint, indoor air quality, drinking water quality, underground storage tanks, environmental sampling, quality control, and health and safety.

Stacy is the past President of the National Capital Chapter of the Alliance of Hazardous Materials Professionals (AHMP), current Treasurer of the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of the Environmental Information Association (EIA), and Lead Chair for the Philanthropy Committee and Second President of The Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) Baltimore Post.
